Terms of Service — RM Radar

1. Who you are contracting with

RM Radar (the "Service") is operated by Willkr Holdings Group LLC("RM Radar", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. By using the Service, you are entering into a binding agreement with Willkr Holdings Group LLC.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you are using the Service.

3. What RM Radar is — and isn't

RM Radar is a marketplace that introduces business owners to commercial relationship managers at lending institutions. RM Radar is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor, and we do not guarantee that any loan, credit facility, or service will be offered, approved, or funded.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
submit false information, impersonate any person, or commit fraud;
infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
send spam or unlawful communications through the Service; or
interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, introducing malware, or circumventing technical limits.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Willkr Holdings Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

7. Payments and billing

Business-owner credit requests are free. Banker subscriptions are paid features. Willkr Holdings Group LLC is the seller and merchant of record for all subscriptions sold through RM Radar.

Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account billing page. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day refund window.

8. Communications

You consent to receive transactional emails related to your account and credit requests. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from at any time.

9. Third parties

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., lenders, payment processors, analytics). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RM RADAR AND WILLKR HOLDINGS GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
