1. 14-day refund window
RM Radar, operated by Willkr Holdings Group LLC, offers a 14-day refund window on Banker plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original order date.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@rmradar.com from the address associated with your account and include the date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. After the refund window
After the 14-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
