1. Who we are

RM Radar is operated by Willkr Holdings Group LLC ("RM Radar", "we", "us", "our"). For personal data processed in connection with the Service, Willkr Holdings Group LLC acts as the data controller.

2. What we do

RM Radar operates a marketplace at rmradar.com that connects business owners seeking commercial credit with commercial relationship managers ("RMs"). This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

3. Categories of personal data we collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone, company, role.
  • Credit request information: loan type, amount, industry, location, and other details you submit.
  • Login credentials: hashed passwords or third-party OAuth tokens.
  • Support messages: communications you send to us.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, browser and device identifiers, IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: including Google Analytics and Google Ads tags for measurement, attribution, and remarketing.

4. Purposes and legal basis

  • Provide the Service (account creation, matching business owners with bankers) — legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service, including fraud and abuse prevention — legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Transactional communications about your account and credit requests — legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Marketing communications and ad measurement (including Google Ads) — legal basis: consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests) — legal basis: legal obligation.

5. Who we share data with

  • Matched bankers: credit request details are shared with the RMs you are routed to.
  • Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and advertising platforms, under contracts that restrict use of your data.
  • Stripe, Inc. (payment processor): for subscription billing, payment processing, card tokenization, fraud prevention, and invoicing. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe acts as an independent controller for the payment data it processes. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers: our legal, accounting, and similar advisers, where reasonably needed.
  • Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Advertising & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. These services may set cookies and collect device identifiers to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Google and partner sites. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by applicable law (and within one month for requests under the UK/EU GDPR). Contact us at privacy@rmradar.com.

10. International transfers

Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to operate the Service, and analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to measure performance and attribute conversions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising at the link in section 6.

12. Children

RM Radar is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
